Following the launch of our ‘Bucket List’ of locations to visit whilst on your motorhome travels, here are the destinations we have selected for January:

Destination number 25: Shrewsbury, Shropshire. This medieval market town is located in beautiful countryside close to the Welsh Borders and features many timber-framed buildings, cobbled steets and winding alleyways. After exploring the town and its unique shops and restaurants, it is well worth visiting the Castle which is now a regimental museum and Shrewsbury Abbey which was home to the fictional character Brother Cadfael. The town was also home to Charles Darwin. The River Severn flows around the town offering lovely riverside walks and the stunning Quarry Park should not be missed, which is the location for the annual Shrewsbury Flower Show. Robin Hoods Bay

Destination number 26: Robin Hood’s Bay, North Yorkshire. Set within the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, this stunning fishing village and bay is truly unique, filled with unusual houses built on steep slopes, twisting pathways and amazing views throughout. The National Trust’s Visitor Centre is located right next to the sea in the Old Coastguard Station and teaches visitors about the Bay’s secret smuggling history and distinct geology. The local Museum is well worth a visit where you can read about shipwrecks and heroic rescues that took place in the Bay. The Smugglers Bistro Bar is a candle-lit romantic bistro offering great sea views and a lovely setting to relax after exploring. Blakeney Norfolk

Destination number 27: Blakeney, Norfolk. This coastal village is ideally located to explore the North Norfolk Coast and is positioned on a hill leading down to the harbour. There is an abundance of unique shops, restaurants, bars and hotels. The village is home to a 14th century Guildhall which has an early example of a brick built vaulted ceiling and the North Norfolk Coastal Path travels along the village quayside. You can take a boat trip to view the seals at Blakeney Point which is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
