Following the launch of our ‘Bucket List’ of locations to visit whilst on your motorhome travels, here are the destinations we have selected for November:

Destination number 19: Helmsley. Situated in the North York Moors National Park, this beautiful and historic market town has an abundance of attractions to offer to visitors. Highlights include Helmsley Castle, the National Centre for Birds of Prey, Helmsley Arts Centre and the Walled Gardens. Helmsley is home to numerous award-winning restaurants and has it’s own brewery. In addition to the many boutique shops there is a luxury spa at the Feversham Arms and two ruined abbeys to explore. Golden Square Caravan & Camping Park is situated close to Helmsley for you to park your motorhome at and enjoy the sights of the market town and wider North York Moors National Park. Destination number 20: Brockenhurst, New Forest. Officially declared as ‘Britain’s Most Beautiful Place to Live’, this stunning village has a wide range of welcoming inns, pubs and independent shops. It is home to the main bus and train interchange for the New Forest so is an ideal place to explore from and has lots of charm with ponies, donkeys and deer known to roam the main street. Highlights to visit include Whitefield Moor beauty spot, ‘Brockenhurst Beach’ – a swimming spot on the Lymington River and the award winning SenSpa at Carey’s Manor. Golf enthusiasts can indulge at Brockenhurst Manor Golf Club. You could park your caravan at Black Knowl Caravan Club site which is within walking distance of Brockenhurst village. Destination number 21: Newquay, Cornwall. Situated on the North coast of Cornwall, Newquay is home to the stunning beaches of Fistral and Watergate Bay which are fantastic for surfing. There is the Blue Reef Aquarium to visit which features an underwater tunnel and also Newquay Zoo, Camel Creek Adventure Park, Dairyland Farmworld and Holywell Bay Fun Park, providing an adbundance of choices for family days out. There are also many options for golfing, fishing, horse riding and water sports enthusiasts.
